Shipping

We have several options for you to receive your order.  We can ship your order using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.  You can pick up your order at our store located at 610B Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444, during normal store hours.  Your order may be eligible for drop shipping directly from the manufacturer.

Our Return Policy

At Knit Knot & Natter, we want you to love every single project you start! If something isn't quite the right fit, we are here to help.

Yarn & General Merchandise: We gladly accept returns of merchandise in new condition (unused, unwound, and in its original packaging) within thirty (30) days of purchase. With an original receipt, you can choose an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method. Without a receipt, we will offer an exchange or store credit based on the lowest selling price over the last thirty (30) days.

Needles & Notions: To ensure our tools remain in perfect, pristine condition for everyone, needles and notions must be returned unopened and in their original packaging within seven (7) days of purchase.

 Please Note: To ensure quality and consistency for all of our crafters, all paint sales and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
